RETURNS
Our company follows a strict no return or no exchange policy. We’ll only allow exchanges if the product we’ve delivered is damaged. For damaged product-related redressals please communicate customer service at info@gouricamphor.com within 72 hours of the product being delivered. Each of these orders will deal with an individual and case-by-case base.

SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all the orders above rupees 500, Shipping costs certified at checkout must be considered final.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Customers can cancel an order whenever the order is emailed to info@gouricamphor.com Cancellation is not possible after shipping from our side.
